Refunds and support

Refunds are limited to duplicate purchases and delivery problems we are unable to resolve. For help accessing your purchase or to request a refund for either reason, email Support@Click2ce.com with your order information. This policy does not limit any rights you may have under applicable law.

Media access

Media term: 12 months from the first media purchase for the study set. PDF-only purchases do not start that clock. Further purchases do not restart or extend it.
