Jennifer has more than 20 years of experience as a licensed real estate broker and holds the ARELLO IDECC Certified Distance Education Instructor (CDEI) designation. She has led single-family rental portfolios across multiple markets and trained teams in leasing, renewals, maintenance, and marketing.
